About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Overnight Front Desk Attendant’s to ensure the smooth operation of our facility during late night hours. This individual will be responsible for managing the front desk, checking in members, and maintaining security and a welcoming atmosphere. The position requires flexibility to work at various Club Fitness locations based on business needs.

Requirements

• 17 years of age or older, required.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all members upon arrival.
• Prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing the facility.
• Provide assistance and information to members as needed.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Verify member check-ins and ensure only those with valid memberships are permitted to work out.
