The Member Experience Ambassador serves as a key frontline representative of Cherry Hills Country Club, delivering a seamless, personalized, and highly polished arrival experience for members and guests. This role acts as a caregiving handoff point between valet, bag drop, and golf operations, ensuring everyone is welcomed, guided, and supported from arrival through entry into the Club. This role plays an essential part in shaping both the first and lasting impressions of the Club experience. The Member Experience Ambassador provides a warm, polished, and attentive presence while assisting with member flow, escorting individuals through the clubhouse, and maintaining our healthy standard of hospitality. In addition, this role supports the Ladies Locker Room with daily set-up and ongoing upkeep, ensuring a clean, organized, and member-ready environment. This opportunity requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a highly visible and member-focused setting.
