About The Position
We are looking for energetic, driven, service-oriented individual to fill our Member Experience Advocate - Universal (travel) position at various South Region branches including Geneva, SAMC (Dothan), Dothan West Main and Mobile. In this role, the Member Experience Advocate - Universal will serve as a full-service liaison between the members and the Credit Union. The Member Experience Advocate – Universal will provide needs based solutions to members, perform transactions, open accounts, resolve issues, originate loans, and manage the lobby. In this role, the Member Experience Advocate - Universal will be offering members a personal experience from the moment they enter the branch, to the moment they leave.
