As a Member Enrollment Representative at DentaQuest, you will play a crucial role in processing manual membership data within our proprietary application. This data is sourced from various channels, including paper enrollment forms, emails, faxes, and spreadsheets. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that turnaround times and quality measures are consistently met or exceeded. You will serve as a direct point of contact for non-electronic groups, addressing their membership data needs with a strong emphasis on data integrity. A comprehensive understanding of all business functions and technology processes within the Member Enrollment Department will be essential for your success in this position. In this role, you will perform manual data entry and maintenance of membership data, providing excellent customer service as the point of contact for 'paper' member enrollment groups. You will respond to client inquiries regarding membership issues promptly and accurately, while also communicating and coordinating eligibility issues with Sales, Client Services, and Customer Service Departments. Collaboration with these departments will be key to developing effective solutions that meet customer expectations. You will maintain ongoing knowledge of the enrollment processing system to ensure sound outcomes that do not adversely impact downstream processes. Your daily tasks will include monitoring and prioritizing work in queues, completing assigned queue work, and meeting or exceeding accuracy metrics. You will assist clients with the Online Enrollment application, addressing password resets, site navigation, and technical problem-solving. Additionally, you will support downstream teams by researching and resolving membership issues that cannot be processed by the Online Enrollment system. Completing detailed Help Desk tickets and maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
