Spring Health is looking for a Member Engagement Strategy Associate to join our fast-growing Member Growth Marketing team. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer who is excited to learn how to drive meaningful member engagement through thoughtful, data-informed marketing execution. You will support Member Engagement Strategy Managers across all verticals, helping to execute high-impact marketing initiatives for some of Spring Health’s most strategic customers. As a key execution partner, you’ll bring campaigns to life—supporting launches, managing deliverables, and fulfilling custom marketing needs that drive member enrollment, activation, and ongoing engagement. This role is designed as a growth pathway into a Member Engagement Strategy Lead position, offering hands-on experience in campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to strategic account marketing. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in New York, reporting to the Director, Member Engagement Strategy. This role operates on a hybrid model including 3 days per week working in our NYC office located at 60 Madison Ave. Occasional travel may be required for team or company events/meetings.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships welcome)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • A proactive, “roll up your sleeves” test and learn mindset with strong sense of ownership over your work
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and incorporate feedback
  • Interest in data-driven marketing and eagerness to learn how to interpret campaign performance
  • Passion for mental health and mission-driven work

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with or interest in project management and marketing tooling (i.e. Iterable, Asana, Smartsheets, Marq) a plus
  • Experience with Iterable or other email CRM preferred
  • Experience with B2B2C customers preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of member marketing strategies across a portfolio of enterprise customers, partnering closely with Member Engagement Strategy Leads
  • Manage end-to-end execution of lower complexity campaigns, including defining campaign briefs, test plans, and objectives; launching campaigns; and conducting post-deployment performance analysis. This includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with objectives and customer requirements
  • Manage campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
  • Execute and fulfill custom marketing requests for high-priority accounts, including adapting templates or creating new assets as needed
  • Support customer launches by coordinating materials and helping ensure smooth go-to-market execution
  • Track and report on campaign performance, helping organize results and surface key insights
  • Maintain organized documentation, templates, and processes to support team efficiency and scalability
