Supplemental insurance benefits What is needed for this job as our Member Engagement Specialist: Minimum 2 years of related experience in engagement, events, or community-facing roles Experience delivering programs or trainings that foster connection Experience working with varied age groups preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse populations Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Creativity and strategic thinking applied to engagement initiatives Demonstrated ability to sustain positive working relationships at all levels The responsibilities we will trust you as our Member Engagement Specialist: Support and Implement Initiatives: Enhance and execute initiatives that improve interaction and involvement, including employees, members, or community members Coordinate Events and Activities.
