This role reports to the Director of Membership Retention Strategy and drives initiatives that improve member engagement, loyalty, and retention. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, digital product, and marketing, this role turns insights into initiatives and programs that reduce churn and increase lifetime value, contributing directly to AAA’s overall membership growth and retention strategy. NOTE: This role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week in our Walnut Creek, CA office.
