About The Position

CTG is hiring a Member Engagement Product & Technology Consultant to help drive next-generation digital engagement solutions for a leading healthcare client. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and member experience, partnering closely with enterprise teams to transform how members interact with healthcare services.

Requirements

  • Expertise in healthcare member engagement, CX, and UX research
  • Strong background in product management and technology leadership
  • Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives in healthcare
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of claims and clinical strategy
  • Experience with omnichannel engagement platforms
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and delivery of member engagement platforms and digital experiences
  • Partner with Enterprise Technology to build scalable, consumer-centric solutions
  • Translate CX/UX insights into product strategy and roadmaps
