Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients for Sales Fix and Tech Fix, guiding them through the websites and services.
• Offboard clients, coordinating with the team to manage terminations and follow-up strategies.
• Contact 'at risk' managers and students to provide support and guidance.
• Run the vendor booth during local conferences, representing the companies and educating potential clients.
• Assist with light administrative tasks such as data entry during peak times.
• Monitor overall customer satisfaction and user engagement, adjusting operations as needed.
• Ensure the user platform is operational and up to date, reporting any issues promptly.
