The Member Consultant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional in-person experiences to both current and prospective consumer members at STCU's retail locations. This involves conducting interactive and collaborative interviews during new member onboarding, subsequent account maintenance, and transactional requests. The consultant's primary objective is to identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships, thereby establishing STCU as a first-choice market leader and the primary financial institution for the members they serve, ultimately helping them achieve their financial goals and dreams.
