The Member Consultant is responsible for checking-in members, overseeing membership sales, facility tours, and member retention. The Member Consultant is also responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals. Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.
