About The Position

Local Fare Jax delivers locally sourced food from trusted farmers directly to families across our community. As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Member Care Representative to ensure every delivery experience is smooth, accurate, and personal. This is not just a customer service job — it’s a key operations role that protects the trust between our members and our farmers.

Requirements

  • Has 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, logistics, or admin roles
  • Is extremely detail-oriented (small mistakes matter in food delivery)
  • Communicates clearly and calmly, especially when solving problems
  • Is dependable and comfortable working Tuesday–Saturday consistently
  • Cares about local food and community — but also values process and precision

Responsibilities

  • Respond to 40–60 member inquiries per day via phone and email
  • Resolve delivery issues quickly and accurately
  • Manage order adjustments before weekly fulfillment deadlines
  • Help members customize deliveries and recommend seasonal items
  • Track and document interactions clearly in our system
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
