About The Position

As a Member Care Representative I (Call Center Representative), you’ll be the first point of contact for members reaching out by phone or electronic channels. You’ll help resolve questions, guide members through their options, and make sure every interaction ends with clarity, care, and confidence. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to grow their service and sales skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members and potential members via phone or electronic channels
  • Resolve member issues with a one-call resolution mindset
  • Promote Lighthouse products and services that meet member needs
  • Follow up with members using our CRM system
  • Stay current on policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Show up consistently — we count on you to be present and punctual
