As a key frontline team member at Better Life Partners, you will serve as a primary point of contact for members, helping them understand, coordinate, and access the care and support they need. Youâll embody our core values by delivering compassionate, organized, and responsive support to ensure every member feels seen, heard, and cared for. This is a Remote position. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all candidates must reside in-market. Our team provides services Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Shifts are 8 hours. Team members must be able to work at least three evening shifts per week. The work schedule would be Tuesday through Thursday, 12:00 to 8:30 PM, and Friday through Saturday, 8:30 to 5:00 PM.
