As a Member Care Coordinator, you will be the welcoming force for members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the start. You will manage interactions, check-ins, and appointments with enthusiasm, creating a memorable member journey. Your role will also involve responding promptly to a bustling stream of calls, messages, and emails, setting high standards for timely communication. You will guide new members through a seamless onboarding process, infusing excitement into agreement forms, program details, and payment discussions while fostering lasting relationships with members to actively promote their ongoing success. In addition to member interactions, you will navigate order processing, billing, and maintain an inventory that's always ready for action. You will command the mail and packages domain, ensuring smooth deliveries and handling, including outgoing shipments. You will also play a key role in new hire setup and training, injecting energy into curriculum review and hands-on shadowing. Collaboration with the team will be essential as you spark ideas to elevate the member experience and dive into exciting projects and assignments, showcasing adaptability and a flair for innovation.
