EmpiRx Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Member Care Advocate to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a leading clinically-driven pharmacy benefits management company, we prioritize member care and health outcomes above all else. In this role, you will be responsible for providing proactive oversight on all issues for members assigned to you, utilizing our RxCurve360 system for effective case management. Your primary focus will be to ensure that escalations are handled promptly, delivering best-in-class service to our members. In this critical position, you will serve as an effective advocate for approximately 30,000 members, providing personalized support to those identified as needing extra assistance. You will act as a liaison between members, pharmacies, prescribers, and vendors, primarily through phone and email communication. Following defined practices, you will deliver concierge-level service, ensuring that all member interactions are handled with care and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include completing assigned cases in a timely manner, engaging with prescribers and members to meet our key performance indicators (KPI), and resolving member escalations efficiently. You will also be expected to collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure comprehensive care for our members. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
