About The Position

The Member Associate at the Kapahulu Safeway Branch of Hawaii State Federal Credit Union is responsible for providing essential paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions. Requirements

• At least two years of related experience in Teller Services or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of Teller policies and procedures.
• Basic understanding of credit union operations.

• Good math and typing skills.
• Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, teller checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Assist with the direction and administration of branch member service and new account opening.
• Perform complex teller functions as needed.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Perform specific assigned back office duties and assist with various other duties as required.
• Ensure prompt and professional service to members.
• Accurately perform all operational support functions in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Benefits
