Responsibilities

• Ensure club pick up orders are filled and notify members of any delays or unavailable products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with their needs and answering questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and cart areas.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report any unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and processing transactions using cash registers.
• Promote the company's products and services to enhance member experience.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts and flatbeds for member use.
