What You Will Do at MedOne: Member Advocates are the primary source of information for members, pharmacies, and physicians via phone, email, and chat. Provide information and resolve member, pharmacy, and physician inquiries. Research and resolve claim processing and eligibility issues Serve as an intermediary between healthcare organizations and members in facilitating patient care Compile and record information and correspondence related to member needs or requirements Document engagement outcomes and steps taken with clarity and concision Think quickly on one’s feet while navigating multiple systems to effectively engage with members Work collaboratively and cooperatively with other departments to resolve issues and improve the member, physician, and pharmacy experience Effectively work through difficult conversations with members while maintaining composure, showing empathy, and displaying active listening skills
