About The Position
West Virginia Senior Advantage, an Institutional Special Needs Medicare Advantage Plan (ISNP), is currently seeking a Member Advocate to establish an enthusiastic customer-oriented presence throughout a designated territory. In this exciting role, the ISNP Member Advocate will be engaged directly with our health plan members, their families and individualized care teams in an effort to promote and support proactive, appropriate care. This is a remote position involving weekday travel during business hours, Monday-Friday, to your assigned local long-term care facilities region.
