Member Advisor - Part Time
About The Position

Join TRUE Community Credit Union - one of Michigan's fastest-growing credit unions - as a Member Advisor and be part of a dynamic team that puts members first! Schedule: Flexible Hours : 25-29 hours/week Monday – Friday shifts (starting as early as 7:00 am or ending around 6:00 pm) Work up to 3 Saturdays a month (8:30 am – 2:30 pm) Orientation & Training: Orientation : 7 days of paid orientation at our main branch (1100 Clinton Road, Jackson, MI) Training : 5 weeks of hands-on learning with an experienced Member Advisor to set you up for success Equal Opportunity Employer : We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Responsibilities
- Process everyday banking transactions like deposits and withdrawals
- Assist members with loan applications
- Spot and prevent potential fraudulent activity
- Share products and services that make life better for our members
- Use multiple programs while staying compliant with regulations
