Requirements

Bachelor's degree
8+ years of progressive experience in MEL, data management, or a related field
Proven experience managing or supporting quantitative data systems (databases, dashboards, large datasets)
Strong data skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Airtable, or similar
Experience supporting distributed teams with varying levels of MEL and data literacy
Excellent communication skills—able to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
A practical, problem-solving mindset focused on implementation and usability
Comfortable in matrixed environments, influencing via collaboration vs. authority
Valid proof of unrestricted authorization to work in the applicable IREX office is required.
