How you will make an impact: Utilize your project management organizational skills and coordinate filter validation and E&L requests, project quotations, timelines and follow through in collaboration with Sales, Customer Service and MTS Lab Scientists for a high-throughput lab serving both our internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will serve as liaison between MTS Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry and Physical Lab departments and communicate extensively with pharmaceutical customers. This role requires quickly becoming proficient with Meissners product portfolio and customer base through formal training, independent study, and collaboration with colleagues, while also gaining a working knowledge of company policies, culture, and manufacturing and business processes. Bring your excellent interpersonal skills to work in this dynamic, cross-functional, customer-facing position. Interact with MTS scientists to comprehend job scope and team capacity. Develop working knowledge and familiarity of how MTS participates in and supports customer filter validations requests. Use project management skills to create project structures and timelines to prioritize projects and other inquiries. Maintain and organize lab customer correspondence, reports and results files. Maintain project timelines: monitor progress across the team and facilitate project deadlines. Administer the MTS Validations email inbox and respond to routine inquiries from both internal and external customers. Communicate with pharmaceutical customers, via Teams, email and voice. Identify areas of improvement and develop initiatives to enhance MTS processes. This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.
