About The Position
The Meeting Supervisor at EVERSANA INTOUCH is responsible for managing all program logistics for meetings, including venue selection, contract negotiations, travel arrangements, food and beverage coordination, meeting room setups, audio-visual production, and vendor management. The role involves building and customizing registration websites, ensuring quality control of client materials, and producing congress activity decks. The Meeting Supervisor will also review meeting specifications, provide reports to clients, and participate in project briefings. On-site management of meetings, budget ownership, and identifying operational improvements are key responsibilities. The position requires a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
