The Meeting Planner at the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a variety of events, conferences, and meetings that reflect the organization's brand and goals. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of events. The Meeting Planner will work closely with program leaders, vendors, and participants to create outstanding experiences at the AAMC Learning Center.
