Coordinate bookings for groups wanting to visit Yellowstone for family reunions, weddings, conferences, private charters and more. Help them have an occasion to remember! Job Summary: As a Meetings & Events Associate, you’ll support the coordination and execution of group events, weddings, meetings, and special gatherings at Yellowstone National Park Lodges. This role is essential to ensuring smooth event operations and legendary hospitality from inquiry to departure. You'll work closely with the Sales, Banquets, Lodging, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver unforgettable guest experiences in one of the most iconic locations in the world. The Details: Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Pay: $22.50/hour Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays) Why Yellowstone National Park?   • Act as the primary contact for event inquiries and provide timely, professional responses to RFPs and service questions.
  • Coordinate pre-event communication with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate logistics.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality aligned with Yellowstone’s Legendary standards.
  • Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and event documentation.
  • Maintain accurate event details and guest information in systems like Opera and Delphi/Salesforce.
  • Track room and event space blocks and compile/distribute event materials (e.g., BEOs, itineraries).
  • Collaborate with departments (Banquets, Lodging, Housekeeping, etc.) for seamless event execution.
  • Assist with on-site logistics, signage, guest check-in, and issue resolution.
  • Collect post-event feedback and ensure accurate billing.
  • Maintain organized event files and documentation.
  • Assist with shipping, ordering, and inventory of event supplies.
  • Support updates to internal procedures, tools, and training materials.
  • Work closely with and report to the Meeting & Events Sales Manager.
  • Provide support to the Director of Marketing & Sales as needed.
  • Support trade shows, familiarization tours, and on-site client visits.
  • Stay current on property offerings, menus, service fees, and operational procedures.
  • 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, events, or administrative support
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable learning new software systems (training provided)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet during events
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; valid driver’s license preferred
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS, Delphi/Salesforce, or similar reservation/sales systems
  • Knowledge of wedding planning, event planning, catering, or group services
  • Previous experience working in a national park, resort, or unique destination setting
