We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team in Arizona. This role blends hormone replacement therapy (HRT), aesthetic services, and advanced laser treatments in a high-quality, medically driven environment.
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Arizona
- Willingness to learn and expand into injectables and laser treatments
- Ability to complete the required 8-hour laser certification course (LSO) if not already certified
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety and compliance
- Must adhere to Arizona medical regulations, including proper delegation and supervision for laser procedures
- Laser treatments require oversight by a licensed provider (MD/DO/NP/PA) and appropriate certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience in aesthetics and/or injectables preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide and manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) treatment plans
- Conduct Good Faith Exams (GFE) in accordance with Arizona regulations
- Perform (or train to perform) aesthetic injectable treatments (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers)
- Deliver or oversee laser treatments following appropriate training and certification
- Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with state regulations and medical protocols
- Collaborate with supervising provider and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
