Primary responsibilities include:
Providing a concierge level of service - making each encounter with our patients amazing.
Managing a multi-line phone system.
Checking patients in/out.
Collecting payments for services rendered.
Data entry and scanning documents into the electronic health record.
Confirming appointments, following up on missed/cancelled appointments to reschedule patients.

Requirements

• Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Substantial knowledge of general medical terminology. Plastic surgery and Med-Spa terminology a plus!
• Electronic health record experience (Nextech experience a plus)
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Treat patients and co-workers with respect.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
• Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns.
• Highly dependable.
