Day in the Life: We are seeking a full-time Pharmacist for our Meds-to-Beds team in Nampa, Idaho. This is a 7 on 7 off position with a shift time of 1900-0700. In this role the Pharmacist is responsible for the delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients and customers of the medical center. What to Expect: A dynamic, fast‑paced environment with frequent movement between the outpatient pharmacy, ED, inpatient units, and urgent care High levels of direct patient interaction, with opportunities to make a meaningful impact on medication understanding and adherence A blend of clinical decision‑making, operational coordination, and patient education Close collaboration with nurses, physicians, case managers, and pharmacy technicians to support smooth and timely discharges The ability to reduce readmissions, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance continuity of care through proactive medication management A role that requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a patient‑focused mindset

Requirements

Degree from an accredited pharmacy program
0 years' experience
Valid Pharmacist License in state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
