You will ensure that all documentation, charting and reporting is done correctly and in a timely manner, demonstrate strong ethical and safety practices, and work closely with other care staff on resident updates and/or changes in status. Silver Birch is an Assisted Living Community dedicated to providing the best care, compassion, and customer service to seniors in our communities. What you will be doing Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records Document medication activity Comply with all medication management policies and procedures Record resident's medical information and vital signs Monitor and document all aspects of self-administration by residents Order/re-order medications, supplies and equipment; partner with pharmacy and families Provides exceptional customer service

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required
One (1) or more years of verified experience as a Medication Technician in an Assisted Living community
Arizona State Caregiver Certification through Direct Care
Current CPR/First Aid Certification
Current and valid fingerprint clearance card
Current food handler's card
Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records
Document medication activity
Comply with all medication management policies and procedures
Record resident's medical information and vital signs
Monitor and document all aspects of self-administration by residents
Order/re-order medications, supplies and equipment; partner with pharmacy and families
Provides exceptional customer service
