Requirements
- State Certified Registered Medication Aide (RMA)
- Assisted living or memory care experience
Responsibilities
- Medication administration with accuracy and compassion
- Supporting residents with activities of daily living
- Following and documenting individualized care plans
- Ensuring dignity, safety, and comfort for all residents
- Promoting teamwork and communication across all departments
- Providing calm, attentive overnight care with patience and a friendly smile
