Maria Joseph Manor at Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community is proud to be known as The Home with a Heart , and we are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Medication Technicians (Med Techs) to join our caring team. Our Med Techs play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents by safely administering medications while also providing hands-on care, comfort, and companionship in a respectful and nurturing environment. Whether you have prior experience or are looking to grow into a new role, we welcome individuals who are motivated by service and guided by compassion. Training is provided for the right candidates. As a Medication Technician, you will be responsible for administering medications according to physician orders and facility policies, documenting accurately, and monitoring residents for any changes or concerns. In addition to medication administration, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal assistance. Med Techs are trusted caregivers who ensure safety, dignity, and quality of life while building meaningful relationships with residents and families. Compassionate companionship and attentiveness are just as important as the clinical responsibilities of the role. At Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community, our mission and values are at the heart of everything we do. We are deeply committed to serving our residents with respect, compassion, love, and hospitality. We believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and understanding, and we strive to create a warm, faith-centered community where residents feel truly at home. Our caregivers are expected to embody these values in every interaction-with residents, families, coworkers, and visitors-by offering not just care, but genuine presence, empathy, and service from the heart. Working here means becoming part of a mission-driven team that sees caregiving as a calling, not just a job. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate reliability, compassion, and a sincere passion for helping seniors. Prior experience as a Med Tech or completion of a medication administration course is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support our employees both professionally and personally. Wages are competitive and based on experience. Employees enjoy medical, dental, and vision insurance, an employer-paid life insurance policy, a flexible spending account, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a 2% employer match after one year of employment. We also value recognizing and celebrating our staff through employee appreciation events, including weekly dress-down days, and we proudly offer a $2,000 employee referral program paid over one year. Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community participates in E-Verify as part of our onboarding process and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
