Requirements
- Medication Tech, (Direct Care Certification required)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Positive, patient, and team-oriented approach
- Passion for helping seniors live safely and comfortably
Responsibilities
- Accurately administer medications as ordered
- Document medication administration and resident status
- Communicate changes in condition to nursing/leadership
- Provide hands-on resident support (ADLs, companionship, meals, etc.)
- Assist with a calm, organized and safe care environment
