Heather Heights Assisted Living Facility in Pittsford is looking for Full and Part Time Med Techs to join our team. Now Hiring for all shifts! In this position you will provide nursing care to residents under the direction of the Director of Nursing, provide supervision and assistance in such a way that our residents feel they are genuinely cared for, observe and report changes in resident status to the primary care provider and DON, and documents such interactions and observations via established policies and procedures. Our goal is to provide the best service possible; therefore, honoring resident requests is our specialty.
Requirements
- Medication Technician Certification - NY
- Ability to demonstrate proper technique and knowledge of Medication Administration
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of the Director of Nursing
- Provide supervision and assistance in such a way that our residents feel they are genuinely cared for
- Observe and report changes in resident status to the primary care provider and DON
