As a Medication Technician Supervisor, you’ll help deliver exceptional care
while guiding a team of Med Techs and Caregivers in our Assisted Living
community.

Requirements

• Arizona Caregiver Certification (Supervisory, Personal & Directed Care)
• Medication Tech training
• At least 1 year of experience in assisted living, hospital, or nursing care
• CPR & First Aid certification
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with seniors

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee medications safely and accurately
• Support and supervise Med Techs & Caregivers in daily resident care
• Assist with care plans, audits, documentation, and resident assessments
• Coordinate appointments, medical services, and outside vendors
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Help create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents
