Requirements

• Active WA state CNA/NAR,HCA certification, and in good standing
• Completed Delegation Core and Diabetes required

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working in a long-term care center preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents
• Record and document treatment in resident chart
• Collaborate with team members to provide a caring and positive environment
• Maintain a clean work space and help restock med carts
• Help team members transport residents such as using hoyer, transfer board, wheelchair, etc.
• Perform other duties requested by team leaders
