About The Position
Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Virginia Beach is hiring a full-time Med Tech (must hold VA Med Tech license) with a $5,000 Sign on bonus. The Medicine Aide/Technician assists with prescribed medications and treatments, as defined by state regulations, to residents and maintains related work records under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor. The Medicine Aide/Technician also acts as a Resident Caregiver which assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.
