This Medication Tech position offers flexible, full-time hours on a day, swing, or NOC schedule, weekends included. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR MEDICATION TECH As a full-time Medication Technician, you'll spend your days creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents. You'll carefully administer medications, including oral pills, topical treatments, inhalers, and eye or ear drops, always ensuring accuracy and compliance with orders. You'll also assist with personal care needs, helping residents maintain their independence while providing compassionate support. Tasks will include bathing, applying creams or ointments, and addressing minor skin issues. You'll document services and communicate any changes in resident conditions, ensuring their well-being remains a top priority. Collaboration with the nursing team will be essential as you perform delegated tasks and contribute to a harmonious shift. Requirements

Current CNA license
Completion of the designated training program as prescribed by the RN Resident Care Coordinator or designated RN supervisor
Positive attitude and loves working with senior residents
