About The Position
CompleteRx has an opportunity for a full-time Medication Reconciliation Technician to provide patient care at a 96-bed acute care facility located in Greenville, Texas. As the Medication Reconciliation Technician, you will work 100% in the emergency room, interacting with patients, nurses, and doctors. The individual will speak with patients to gather information regarding their medicines, contact the pharmacy or physician's office to verify medication history, and enter it into the system.
