Your role is essential in ensuring the safety, well-being, and happiness of our residents. Here’s what you’ll do: Caregiving: Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities. Medication Administration: Safely and accurately administer medications to assisted living and memory care residents. Health Monitoring: Observe and document residents’ behavior and changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with the care team. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications and care services. Inventory Management: Process doctor’s orders and maintain medication inventories. Resident Engagement: Participate in programs and activities that bring joy and enrichment to our residents. Call Response: Address resident requests and call lights promptly with kindness and efficiency. Housekeeping: Perform routine tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment. What We’re Looking For: Certified Medication Technician or Aide (required). Compassionate and patient individuals who are passionate about serving seniors.
