Requirements
- Certified Medication Technician or Aide (required).
- Compassionate and patient individuals who are passionate about serving seniors.
- Detail-oriented professionals with excellent organizational skills.
- Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Caregiving: Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities.
- Medication Administration: Safely and accurately administer medications to assisted living and memory care residents.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and document residents’ behavior and changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with the care team.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications and care services.
- Inventory Management: Process doctor’s orders and maintain medication inventories.
- Resident Engagement: Participate in programs and activities that bring joy and enrichment to our residents.
- Call Response: Address resident requests and call lights promptly with kindness and efficiency.
- Housekeeping: Perform routine tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
