Requirements

  • Certified Medication Technician or Aide (required).
  • Compassionate and patient individuals who are passionate about serving seniors.
  • Detail-oriented professionals with excellent organizational skills.
  • Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Caregiving: Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities.
  • Medication Administration: Safely and accurately administer medications to assisted living and memory care residents.
  • Health Monitoring: Observe and document residents’ behavior and changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with the care team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications and care services.
  • Inventory Management: Process doctor’s orders and maintain medication inventories.
  • Resident Engagement: Participate in programs and activities that bring joy and enrichment to our residents.
  • Call Response: Address resident requests and call lights promptly with kindness and efficiency.
  • Housekeeping: Perform routine tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
