Requirements

  • Certified Medication Manager (required).
  • Compassionate and attentive individuals who enjoy serving seniors.
  • Strong observational and organizational skills.
  • Team players who thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care and assistance to residents, including support with activities of daily living.
  • Observe and monitor residents’ behavior and changes in condition.
  • Administer medications accurately to assisted living and memory care residents.
  • Process doctor’s orders and maintain medication inventories.
  • Chart and maintain accurate records of all medication administration and care services.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests, ensuring their needs are met with care and respect.
  • Participate in resident programs and activities, fostering engagement and joy.
  • Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
