About The Position
As a Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Sinceri Senior Living, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our elderly residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with medication management, supporting residents with daily living activities, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities, fostering a supportive and enriching environment. This position requires a commitment to upholding residents' rights and adhering to company policies and care philosophy. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
