About The Position

This position is for a Medication Aide at The Village at Northridge, responsible for assisting and/or administering medications to residents as prescribed by a physician.
Requirements
- Experience as a caregiver
- First Aid/CPR certified
Nice To Haves
- Some course work or training in medication administration
Responsibilities
- Assist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents.
- Document all medication management related information.
- Notify LVN/LPN of any negative medication reactions.
- Assist and/or manage all medication refills.
- Update records as necessary.
