Highlands-Cashiers Hospital, a member of Mission Health, an operating division of HCA Healthcare, is a community hospital serving Macon, Jackson and the surrounding counties. Located on Highway 64 between the towns of Highlands and Cashiers, the hospital offers 24/7 emergency care, acute inpatient care, rehabilitation, as well as long-term care through Eckerd Living Center. Highlands-Cashiers Hospital has 24 beds for acute care services and 80 beds in the Eckerd Living Center. Requirements

(CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant
High School Graduate / GED

Responsibilities

Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth procedures and recovery
Providing non-medicated care like dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices
Keeping patient areas, operating rooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency
Managing supplies, equipment, and environmental logs to keep the team ready and protect patients through infection control
Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team while promoting safety and quality efforts
