Foster a supportive environment, encouraging resident participation in scheduled activities and social engagements. Help maintain a pleasant living environment through light housekeeping duties and meal service assistance.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with elderly populations.
- Physical endurance to stand for the majority of the shift.
