About The Position

Stone Hearth Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Aide to join our team and provide essential care to our residents. As a Medication Aide, you’ll play a key role in helping our residents maintain their health and well-being. You’ll assist with administering medication, monitoring resident health, and providing personalized care in a supportive, homelike environment.
