Requirements
- An active CNA certification
- Trained Medication Aide course completion with skills passed
Responsibilities
- Ensuring residents receive their medications accurately and on time
- Fostering meaningful relationships with residents, providing emotional support and companionship
- Observing any changes in residents' health and communicating effectively with the healthcare team
