About The Position

Description Work Schedule : 100% FTE. Monday – Friday, Day Shifts. You will work at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Medication Access Specialist to: Complete medication histories with patients at the bedside in an inpatient setting and in the emergency department. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare, business, finance, or insurance related field Required
• Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration Upon Hire Required
