Under the direction of the Sales Manager, The Medicare Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) Medicare TeleSales Representative is responsible for executing CenCal Health’s sales and marketing strategy to maximize membership growth by meeting individual sales and performance goals while selling in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulatory requirements, policies and procedures, and business requirements. This role involves conducting sales activities via inbound and outbound calls to leads, accurately educating on the CenCal Health D-SNP product, securing necessary paperwork, adhering to approved scripts, and recording all activities into a sales customer relationship management software system. The representative will work all assigned leads and assist in closing business by setting up in-person sales appointments for other reps as well as pursuing the completion of partial self-enrollment opportunities.
